“Look at me, Jiyong!” You exclaimed holding binoculars to your eyes.
“Can you see me with the binoculars?” I asked.
“Yes, you are big.” You replied.
“I want to find some worms, Jiyong!”
“Shall we go to our garden to find some then?”
“OK.” We then went off to the garden.
First, you searched the garden for some worms with the binoculars for a while then told me, “I can’t find any worms, Jiyong”
“Where do you think they live, do they live outside the soil or inside the soil?”
“Inside.” you replied.
You then began to dig the soil in the veggie garden using a garden trowel, soon found some worms and looked at them with the binoculars.
When you had had enough time to observe the worms, you moved yourself by the different garden along side the fence by the sandpit.
This time, you crouched down and looked for snails among the leaves and flowers. A while later, when you found a snail from the inside the leaves, you looked at it with the binoculars for quite a while.
What great exploration you had with the binoculars today, Marc!
Today, it was obvious that your interest in technology has been extended from cameras to binoculars. Whenever you see special gadgets in our room, you are always eager to explore them. It was awesome to see you exploring nature using the binoculars today.
